What are the shipping charges ?
We have Free Shipping Service Pan-India above Rs. 1499. We charge a nominal amount of Rs.100 on shipping below minimum limit i.e. Rs. 500. We also entertain international shipping but the shipping charges will be calculated on the basis of International Postal Code. Our logistics is handled only by FedEx & Delhivery, in order to provide best quality service and products to our customer. We ensure that all the parcels received by our customers should be in mint condition. 

What are the payment options accepted on this website ?

What if I receive a wrong or damaged product ?
We will replace the correct order as soon as possible. In case we are short with our inventory, we will refund 100% amount to the customer within 7 working days. Feel free to contact our dedicated team at info@specskare.com.
 
How can I return/exchange the product if I don't like it ?
At Specskare all sales are final. 
We do not accept any returns or exchanges at the moment. In case there is some wrong product sent from our side, feel free to contact us at info@specskare.com. Our dedicated team will resolve the issue within 72 hours. 
 
When will my order get shipped ?
At Specskare, we usually ship the orders within 4 Days. All the packages are processed and securely packed by our trained staff, after receiving the order. 
 
How long does the delivery take ?
We Endeavor to deliver the Products to customers within 3-5 working days from the day of dispatch. However, the exact delivery duration depends on the location of the customer. The customer can check the status of delivery with the Tracking Number sent to registered email address after the order is dispatched. We use only FedEx & Delhivery as our logistics partner to offer best service possible. 
 
How do I place an order on Specskare.com ?

1. Select the required product/products from our list.

2. You can either add the products to your cart or directly click the buy now button for direct checkout.

3. Once all the desired products are added into your cart, enter promotional code is available and click the checkout button. Create your account on the website. You can also checkout as guest by filling your address details.

3. Select a payment option and make the payment. 

4. You will receive a confirmation on your registered email address after we receive the order. 

How can I track my order ? 
Once the order is placed on the website, we process the order same day or it take maximum 3 to 4 working days. We usually dispatch the order with 24 hours. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking into along with name of the shipping company on your registered email address. We only use FedEx & Delhivery as our logistics partners.
